- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

- Experience in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is a plus.
- Strong communication and problems-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Self-directed with the capacity to work independently.
- Generally, work indoors with moderate noise levels.
- Varied shifts typically lasting 4-8 hours.
- Travel between store locations in a personal vehicle.
- Ensure a safe work environment for all team members and customers.
- Adequate indoor and outdoor working conditions.
- Travel as needed to support district operations.
- Handle and move merchandise with proper equipment assistance.
- Stand, kneel, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and perform various physical tasks.
- Utilize written and verbal communication effectively.
- Safely handle birds/poultry.
- Capable of operating store equipment and completing necessary tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move merchandise throughout the store.
- Must maintain physical and mental stamina throughout the shift.
- Non-sedentary position requiring constant movement.
