Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server assistant to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role involves greeting guests at the door, serving food and beverages, bussing and cleaning tables in a efficient manner, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Buss tables and assist with cleaning duties to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist in catering events as needed, demonstrating versatility in various dining settings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or hotel settings, is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards is essential.
- Experience in cleaning, bussing, , or kitchen operations is highly desirable.
