    Description:+ Performs all work in a safe manner, to include proper use of personal protective equipment.+ Performs all work in accordance with Standard Work and drawing specifications without assistance.+ Follows specification of inspections as noted. Dimensionally checks and tests production to insure product output meets quality requirements indicated on dimensional drawings, inspection forms using AQL sample size.+ Utilizes properly calibrated precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gages, thread gages, pin gages, and other measuring tools.+ Performs all machine set-ups and make minor machine/program adjustments without assistance.+ Trains other employees in basic and complex machine operator techniques.+ Informs the Supervisor/Leads of any operating / material / parts condition that would interfere with quality / quantity production, and takes / coordinates approved actions to resolve the problem(s).+ Performs operational checks to ensure departmental tools, fixtures & equipment are in good working condition.+ Update production status boards, execute and update & communicate hourly performance results.+ In performing assigned duties, frequently lifts / moves up to and including 50lbs. Standing, walking, bending, crouching, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing are all required motions of the job.


    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Ability to read & write in English (High School or equivalent) needed to comply with written instructions and complete departmental paperwork.+ Relevant experience in setting up Vertical / Horizontal CNC Milling Machines.+ Familiar with and basic knowledge of Mastercam / Solid works+ Solid understanding of machine controls using Haas / Fanuc CNC equipment+ Ability to navigate through set ups with little to no assistance.+ Experience in precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gages, thread gages, pin gages, and other measuring tools.+ Solid knowledge in G & M CNC codes.
