    Competition BMW of Smithtown is seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.     Responsibilities

    • Guide customers through the BMW product lineup, features, and performance options
    • Negotiate sales in a clear, ethical, and customer-focused manner
    • Ensure a seamless delivery experience by explaining vehicle features, warranties, and service programs
    • Maintain accurate and timely sales documentation
    • Stay current on BMW models, technology, incentives, and promotions
    Requirements:
    • New or used automotive sales experience preferred
    • Professional appearance and confident demeanor
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to balance exceptional customer service with effective closing techniques
    • Dependable attendance and punctuality
    • Valid and clean NY State drivers license
    • Basic computer and internet proficiency
    • CRM experience preferred
