    Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. As an OT, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for patients by helping them develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting evaluations to determine clients' needs and goals
    • Developing individualized treatment plans
    • Implementing therapeutic activities and exercises to improve clients' motor skills, coordination, and independence
    • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
    • Providing education and training to clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment

    Requirements:

    • Valid Occupational Therapy license in [insert state]

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
