    Job Description: Spindle Staffing is currently seeking Special Education Teachers to work with a school in Twin Falls, Idaho, for the 2024/2025 school year. This is a full-time position with a middle school caseload. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic and social-emotional development of students.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
    • Provide instruction tailored to students' unique learning needs and abilities.
    • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure the success of students in inclusive classroom settings.
    • Conduct assessments and monitor student progress.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Idaho certification - Exceptional Child Certificate with Generalist K-12 endorsement.
    • Previous experience working with middle school students preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
