Job summary

This position also is responsible for assisting in the development and growth of employees assigned to the respective departments.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the safety of department employees to include stringent enforcement of safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper PPE is worn at all times, communication of monthly safety topics, prompt completion of all accident or near miss reports, and ensure that all LOTO procedures are followed at all times.
• Check shipping list daily and print out orders so they can be packed by our packing dept. Ensure partial list for panels is being packed and LTL jobs are properly labeled.
• Assign associates to stage and label for shipping; check over manifest once packing is completed.
• Complete manifest, draw instruction diagram for loading material on truck, ensuring weight is to a minimum of 1000 lbs. every two feet.
• Perform SA transactions to create invoices for customers.
