- Serve as a key point of contact for builder customers, gathering and confirming product selections via phone, email, and documentation to ensure accurate rebate qualification
- Collaborate with our sales team to support new manufacturer and project leads that drive revenue growth
- Own and manage sales activity within assigned territories using Salesforce, keeping information accurate, organized, and up to date
- Assist internal team members and builder partners with questions related to rebate claims, helping issues get resolved quickly and correctly
- Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers on special projects involving data collection, research, and process improvement
- A strong interest in working with home builders and the products that go into residential construction
- A natural relationship builder who communicates clearly, follows through, and enjoys working cross-functionally
- Demonstrated customer service, influencing, or sales experience (formal or informal—internships count)
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume data accurately and efficiently
- Comfort working in Salesforce or a similar CRM system (experience is a plus, not a deal-breaker)
