    Company Overview:

    Well&You is a rapidly growing cardiovascular, venous, and arterial medical brand performing cutting-edge innovative procedures in a state-of-the-art new high-end OBL, and ASC to open January 2025. We deliver high-quality, patient-centric care in a spa-like environment. We are hiring a self-starter, highly-motivated, flexible, and agile leader with healthcare experience to join our growing team. Some of our procedures include: IVUS & Deep Vein stenting, PAD treatments (Atherectomy, Angioplasty), Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE), Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE), Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE), Kyphoplasty, Port Placements, as well as Wavelinq (AVF creation).

    At Well&You, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality patient care in our outpatient laboratories (OBLs) and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as an ASC Director.

    Location: Well & You (in-person)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: Competitive salary based on experience $85,000.00-$100,000.00

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the highest quality of patient care is being upheld in accordance with state and federal regulations.
    • Maintain a healthy pulse on team member well-being, ensuring proper resources are available to support the delivery of high-quality care.
    • Work towards increasing patient throughput while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting procedures and protocols accordingly.
    • Conduct day-to-day interactions with the team, providing support and guidance as needed.
    • Ensure team member files are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
    • Hold weekly meetings with the service director to discuss ongoing operations and address any issues.
    • Review the daily schedule to ensure smooth workflow and adequate staffing levels.
    • Assist with staffing needs and provide support as a helping hand when necessary.
    • Manage daily assignments and checklists for pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure activities.
    • Process PTO requests and manage employee schedules effectively.
    • Participate in the hiring and interviewing process for new team members, ensuring proper training and onboarding procedures are followed.
    • Conduct annual evaluations of employee performance and facilitate career growth opportunities.
    • Identify talented team members eligible for promotions and provide support for their advancement.
    • Address and resolve employee disputes and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Oversee vendor management and maintain clinical inventory levels.
    • Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) and regulatory agency standards.
    • Conduct daily checklists and quarterly quality control meetings to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the service director to review procedure volumes and averages, adjusting scheduling templates as needed.
    • Introduce and implement new procedures with the team, coordinating with providers for training and support.
    • Ensure all inventory lists, patient documents, and nursing care documents are obtained and distributed to team members as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Must hold an active and valid Florida RN License
    • Prior ASC/OBL management experience (2+ years preferred)
    • Previous experience in a healthcare coordination or management role.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to outpatient healthcare operations.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
