- Experience in long-term care facility preferred
- Ability to supervise and work well with and show respect toward other health care personnel (i.e., residents and their family members

An LPN Supervisor oversees the day-to-day clinical activities of health care personnel, such as LPNs and CNAs, while maintaining a safe environment for residents and striving to meet maximum security and comfort needs.
Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
