    Description

    Position: Business Analyst

    Location: Los Angeles, California 90017(onsite)

    Duration: 6+ months Contract with Possible Extension-

    Skills required:

    IT Asset Management, BMC Remedy/ UAT EXPERIENCE/ data analysis

    Required 3 professional references.

    Pay :- $45/hr W2 / $50/hr C2C

    1) Evaluate commercial IT software product(s) and recommend solutions for IT assets.

    2) Evaluate historical IT Asset Management (ITAM) data to determine best archive

    solution.

    3) Conduct meetings and workshops to gather requirements for ITAM implementation.

    4) Document workflow design, configurations and customizations.

    5) Work with developers on migration plan to ensure mini disruption to operations to align

    with ITIL best practices.

    6) Assist with data analysis and data cleansing.

    7) Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects for UAT.

    8) Prepare training materials and job aids.

    9) Coordinate and conduct UAT and training sessions.

    10) Track and report UAT and training progress to project manager.
