Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of complex shared services accounting functions including general ledger management and multi company accounting.
This role requires a strong background in Sales and Use tax Fuel Excise Tax and Underground Storage tax a detailed understanding of accounting principles and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax accounting role Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly strong in Excel Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP Ability to analyze large volumes of complex financial information and provide accurate financial reports Strong interpersonal communication skills Exceptional problem solving skills attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines manage multiple priorities
