    ADP is hiring a Lead Machine Learning Engineer / AI Scientist

    In this role, you will work with a team of talented product developers to develop an AI-native event-driven engine. The engine generates user-centric, personalized, in-the-flow intelligence that make HCM products easy, smart and human.

    To thrive in this team, you'll need to be passionate about applying state-of-art machine learning/AI techniques and algorithms in HCM domain and creating delightful experience for workers across the global. We work on challenging problems every day, ranging from building a ML pipeline to tuning an existing model with data from a new domain.     You will take on the following responsibilities:

    • Develop end-to-end production ML/AI solutions, serving as central intelligence embeddable in products across HCM applications
    • Leverage diverse data sources, variety of modeling techniques and emerging tools to create high-performing recommendations and personalization.
    • Analyze and clean large datasets to design and optimize reusable machine learning models
    • Partner with teams across the company to implement intelligence that drastically improve use experience
    • Collaborate with platform and infrastructure engineers to create scalable, secure and resilient production systems

    To Succeed in this role, you need:

    • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM field with minimum 2 years of industrial experience
    • Solid understanding of active and continuous learning methodology and machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning
    • Experience with Python/Java, including deep learning frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Spacy.
    • Internships/work experience with machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning
    • Experience with cloud environments(AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data processing frameworks such as Spark.
    • Ability to learn by doing, to adapt to ever-changing requirements and have a bias for action and outcome
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
