- Reports to the Director of Human Resources
- Answer phones
- Greet visitors and notify the appropriate staff or answer questions
- Prepare for meetings, including food and beverage, agendas, invitations, etc.
- Sort and deliver mail to various departments
- Track data using Excel and other platforms
- Create, proof, and edit documents using Microsoft Word
- Assist other departments as needed
- Minimum education: High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of administrative support/clerical experience
- 1-2 years using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Human Resources and payroll experience a plus
- Willing to authorize a background review
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted

We are searching for someone to fill an Office Secretary position for three to four months and possibly longer. The role requires someone who enjoys greeting people, works independently & is resourceful, and works well with a team to accomplish tasks.
