In this role you will be responsible for welding and assembling different pieces using hand held welding equipment such as hand tools clamps jigs fixtures; utilize different materials plate steel sheet steel structural steel tubing Test inspect welded components ensure meet set specifications moving next department Prepare complete work on materials by welding cutting grinding cleaning metal Load operate robotic welders troubleshoot basic programming issues promptly inform Supervisor any issues Utilize ruler square templates gauges take read measurements Operate cranes hoists lift tables lift trucks Report damages machines equipment maintain equipment condition compromises safety Report all unsafe conditions management Performs other duties assigned supervisor Assist related areas manufacturing products business produces Comply health safety guidelines rules managers also ensure compliance teams Protect Chamberlain Groups Systems reputation keeping confidential Maintain professional technical knowledge attending educational workshops reading publications establishing networks participating societies Contribute team effort accomplishing results participating projects needed We are proud Equal Opportunity Employer regardless race color religion sex national origin age sexual orientation ancestry marital disabled veteran status committed fostering environment people all lived experiences feel welcome.
