    **Front Desk Coordinator**

Our answer is Butterfly, an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft designed to safely and affordably carry passengers over traffic and congestion. Butterfly leverages over two decades of VTOL aircraft development, patented VTOL technology, and flight vehicle experience.

We are building an industry leading team covering an expanse of skills, talents, and expertise in order to build a superior electric VTOL aircraft.     **Job Overview**:

    We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Coordinator who will oversee the daily administrative work activities of the office.

    **Roles and Responsibilities:**

    Manage day-to-day office operations.

    Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

    Answering all phone calls in a professional manner and routing all calls as necessary.

    Responsible for office equipment and supply procurement.

    Manage logistics of hosting external visitors and employees from other offices.

    Maintain COVID-19 related equipment and supplies.

    Support various other departments (engineering, facilities, HR) requests onsite.

    Assist with coordinating office events, meetings, travel plans and appointments.

    Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

    Special administrative projects to support Executive Staff.

    Manage front office and kitchen supplies and keep inventory of stock.

    Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

    Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

    Scan, file and maintain company documents (e.g., certifications, city paperwork, state notices).

    Assist with general data entry, employee expense reports, and accounts payable.

    **Required Qualifications:**

    Shows initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook etc.)

    Excellent customer service skills.

    Proactive, resourceful and have strong attention to detail.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Flexible and comfortable dealing with changes in a dynamic environment.

    Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.

    Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 15 lbs.

    **Summary of Benefits:**
