Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
Develop personalized treatment plans to address communication disorders and support students' educational goals.
Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and social communication skills.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the academic curriculum.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and intervention outcomes.

Qualifications:

Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Possess state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
