A company specializing in high-purity water systems located in San Clemente is looking for a Extrusion Membrane Operator. The ideal candidate would have machine operation experience with plastics extruding or injection molding lines. This family-owned company has a unique, team-oriented environment.

The hours are 8AM to 4:30PM. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Once hired by the company, there are excellent company benefits. The starting pay is $22-$32/hour.
The entry-level Membrane Operator I will assist in all aspects of manufacturing ion-exchange membranes.


This includes:
Set-up and operate equipment in Membrane Department, this includes:Flat sheet extruder and ancillary equipmentSlitter/SheeterExpansion/Regeneration Tanks andTest CellThis person will be required to perform:Membrane inspection and testingCut and package/palletized membrane for shippingPrepare membrane for EDI assemblyAssist with membrane inventoryDaily housekeepingEducation and/or

Experience Required:
High-school diploma or GED.Able to demonstrate mechanical and physical dexterity.
An overall understanding of systems operation and execution.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
Ability to read, write, and speak English with competence and follow instructions (written and oral).

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to):
$ $32.00 Per Hour
