    BOXABL, a cutting-edge modular construction company, is in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead lead generation and prospecting initiatives in the B2B realm. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in CRM system management, possess a knack for training customer service teams, and have a passion for developing and implementing policies and procedures to optimize business operations.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
      • Identify and research potential clients and markets within the construction and real estate industries to generate new business opportunities.
      • Develop and execute strategic plans for lead generation and prospecting in the B2B space.
      • Utilize market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new areas for business development, particularly in the modular construction sector.
    2. CRM System Management:
      • Oversee the management and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
      • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, tracking, and reporting of all sales activities related to our modular construction solutions.
      • Collaborate with the IT team to implement system enhancements that improve overall efficiency and effectiveness, tailored to the unique needs of BOXABL.
    3. Customer Service Team Training:
      • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of BOXABL's modular construction solutions.
      • Foster a customer-centric culture by instilling best practices in communication, conflict resolution, and relationship management within the context of the construction industry.
      • Provide ongoing support and coaching to the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    4. Policy and Procedure Development:
      • Create and implement business development policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure consistency across the organization, specifically tailored to BOXABL's modular construction business model.
      • Regularly review and update existing policies to adapt to changing market conditions and the evolving needs of the construction industry.
      • Work cross-functionally with other departments to integrate business development policies seamlessly into BOXABL's overall company operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development within the construction or real estate industry.
    • Strong experience in managing CRM systems, particularly in the context of construction and modular building solutions.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Experience in training and developing high-performing teams within the construction sector.
    • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in modular construction and real estate.
