Compensation: $250K–$270K base salary
Bonus: Up to $20K in the first year; increases with partnership
Partnership Track: No buy-in; typically achieved within 12–18 months (65% achieve partnership within 1 year; partners earn $300K+)

Model: 100% outpatient, value-based care
Support Team: Dedicated MA and scheduler; built-in admin time
