LPN LVN Assisted LivingStarting at $26/hrEnsures quality and safe delivery of health services to residents Implements plan of care formulated by physician and DRC Provides accurate and timely documentation of care given Assesses and provides resident and family/caregiver informationpertinent to diagnosis or plan of care Administers medication per physician orders.

Observes for any adverse reaction and notifies physicianaccordinglyAssembles resident charts, resident records, and checks that allnecessary forms are complete and accurate Prepares incident/accident reports for residents as needed perpolicy.
