    Job Description Overview:

    We at The Mentors Circle have entire dedicated support from different Universities and colleges from abroad that help us in delivering the best services directly to our students.

    We let our students talk to the counsellors directly, that helps in knowing which course and college/university are best for them.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
    Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
    Process customer orders, changes, and returns
    Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
    Provide product and service information to customers
    Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
    Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
    Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
    Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
    Contribute to team goals and objectives through positive communication and collaboration
    Assist in training new customer service representatives
    Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and data
    Adhere to all company policies and procedures
    Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
    Strive to meet or exceed customer service performance metrics

    Required Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
    Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    Ability to work in a team environment
    Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
    Patient and empathetic, with a positive attitude
    Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
    Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications
    Adaptability to different shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
    Proven track record of working well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
    Ability to demonstrate assertiveness and confidence when dealing with difficult customers
