The Spray Painter I is responsible for washing, basic rigging, paint prepping, painting, general maintenance, and more. Daily responsibilities will vary based on project needs. This role will continuously be challenged with unique products, new processes, and coating systems due to custom projects. This role will use a variety of industrial equipment.ResponsibilitiesWash parts for paint prep and/or fabrication requirementsPrep material for paint by masking/plugging holes, applying mechanical etching, etc.
Place or rig material on table or hanging rig as required for painting applicationPrioritize work in paint queuing line as applicableForce dry materials with compressed air and/or fansLearn new skills, concepts, and/or processes to meet client needsManage delivery of material to designated area(s)
