The
Role:
As the Director of Product Security at Aisera, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our SaaS products and Generative AI platform.
Responsibilities:
Product Security Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive product security strategy, aligning with the company's overall security and business goals
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning
Security Assessment:
Oversee the assessment of product security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats, and develop strategies for their mitigation
Security Architecture:
Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to integrate security into the product development lifecycle, ensuring secure coding practices and architecture
Incident Response:
Develop and maintain an effective incident response plan, coordinating security incident investigations and response efforts
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure compliance with industry security standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., SOC 2, FedRamp etc).
Vendor Security:
Manage vendor security assessments and relationships to ensure third-party services meet our security standards
Security Awareness:
Promote a culture of security awareness and training across the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in product security leadership roles, with a strong background in SaaS security.
Deep understanding of cloud security, application security, and secure software development practices.
Familiarity with industry security standards, compliance, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CSSLP are a plus.

For this role, our current base pay ranges is:
BASE SALARY:
