    Your Responsibilities:

    • Deliver direct care and hands-on assistance, which may include bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
    • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
    • Provide medication reminders and administer medications as guided by an RN
    • Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment
    • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
    • Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain and update care plans
    • Ensure that the rights and dignity of individuals are respected at all times

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in senior care is preferred
    • Familiarity with basic healthcare principles and practices
    • Understanding of resident rights and healthcare regulations
    • Experience in hospice care is a plus

    • Ability to provide personal care services effectively
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Compassionate and patient approach
    • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Valid driver's license and passage of a background check

    8 to 40 hours per week, with multiple shift options available

    Experience Required:

    Caregiving: 1 year preferred
