Job summary
A Driver- CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck and providing prompt courteous and complete waste removal services for customers..They must ensure their vehicle is in compliance with safety standards prior to operating it and adhere to Company state and federal regulations at all times while operating the vehicle..
The driver will perform pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle read route sheet follow map and service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as assigned by dispatcher and/or supervisor..
Safely operate heavy truck along designated route dispose of collected material at designated facility.
- Courteously interact with all customers dispatchers others daily basis ensure customer routes serviced timely professional manner.
- Identify unsatisfactory waste containers tag containers applicable departmental procedures.
