F/T or P/T status: Full time

Schedule/Hours: M-F, 8 am - 5 pm

Job Summary

Coordinates/Supports retrospective and concurrent chart reviews using knowledge of Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) risk adjustment coding to translate, input, extract and validate medical record data.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). A current AAPC (CPC) or AHIMA (CCS) coding certification is required. AAPC (CRC) certification required within 1 year of employment.
