    JOB OVERVIEW:


    Under general supervision of the Director of Food and Beverage the Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for serving food and beverage items from our mobile beverage carts on the golf course.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


    Cart setup & stocking,Maintaining a clean cartGreeting guests and members in a polite and personalized mannerRespecting the rules of golf to not interrupt guest's play.

    Driving around the golf course offering items to golfersProcessing guests' paymentCheck daily to ensure there are no Pop-up Golf Groups or Special events you are not aware of.

    Check with the Pro Shop the number of golfers and tee times for the next day and any groups that may be scheduled to arrive.


    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
    Able to lift 25 pounds.
    Must be able to work during the weekdays, weekends, and Holidays.

    Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (required)Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions for long periods of time.

    Previous F&B server experience Must have an outgoing, friendly personality.
    Must have courteous manners with co-workers, members, and guests.
    Candidates must have a valid Oklahoma driver's license & have a clean driving record.
    Must be 21 years of age.
    Must be Punctual, meticulous, and reliable.
    Must be organized and able to calmly handle situations in a fast-paced environment.


    Working Conditions:
    Work schedules will vary depending on business.
    Employee is considered Part time seasonal, 25 plus hours per week.
    Employee is on a 90-day trial.
    Employees may be required to stand or sit for long periods of time.

    You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, can solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.


    Safety & Security:
    The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent.

    Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
