Glow International is actively seeking a Senior PR Manager who will be instrumental in driving increased interest and engagement in our mission. The essence of this role is to amplify the conversation about Glow's innovative approach to tackling climate change through token incentives and to encourage a greater number of people to participate in building solar farms. As a leader in our communications team, your efforts will be focused on articulating and spreading Glow's vision, thus playing a critical role in expanding our impact in the renewable energy sector.

• Press Coverage: Secure coverage in various media outlets to amplify Glow's presence and impact
• Conference Participation: Obtain speaking opportunities at major conferences to elevate our visibility in key industry events
• Podcasts and Twitter Spaces: Arrange appearances on influential podcasts and Twitter Spaces to reach wider audiences
• Public Perception Management: Strategically shape the public's perception of Glow International, aligning it with our mission and values
• Budget Management: Oversee the budget for marketing, sponsorships, and team expansion, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
• Team Building: Utilize the budget effectively to expand the PR team with skilled professionals

• Extensive experience in public relations, particularly in leadership roles
• Proven track record of securing media coverage, conference speaking slots, and similar opportunities
• Excellent networking skills and ability to cultivate relationships with media and industry influencers
• Strategic thinking with the ability to shape public perception effectively
• Experience in hiring and leading a PR team
