- At least 5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, including leadership roles in high-volume, upscale dining establishments.
- Proven track record of success in driving business results, managing financial performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and front-of-house operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) (or willingness to obtain).
