    Call Center Representative in Nashville

    This is a 100% virtual position with The Bowen Group, a GTSC company. We are seeking experienced online call center customer service representatives to support the Veterans Experience Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

    • The ideal candidate will have six (6) months of consecutive call center or contact center experience and be able to work under pressure by calmly and effectively dealing with escalating or difficult calls.

    About Your Mission:

    • Your mission as a Call Center Representative is to help veterans find assistance by connecting them to someone who can provide it.
