Technical Manager, Guest Experience Operations - Atlanta

Job summary
This role leads aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis solution design and implementation troubleshooting and maintaining technical documentation. Contribute to technical architectural direction including design methodology and solution approach for current future initiatives Design solutions that follow team development standards coding conventions established corporate best practices Partner with product owners technical teams to understand stakeholder needs translate requirements into scalable maintainable solutions Maintain accurate up-to-date application diagrams technical documentation Use working knowledge tools such as SQL system configurations support troubleshooting investigations internal vendor teams Lead user acceptance testing performance stress testing ensure solution quality reliability scalability Proactively drive continuous improvement analyzing feedback system performance metrics identifying enhancement opportunities Perform impact analysis proposed process system changes assessing downstream effects risks implementation considerations inform decision-making.Job description
