Job SummaryThis individual will be responsible for supporting kitchen operations, and directing the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.

This position will support accounts in LA and TX and possibly Nationwide on a need basis. Must be open to day and overnight travel.

The goal is to have this person support accounts until a position w/in Morrison and the Hewlett region, opens up w/in a commutable distance or if they choose to relocateKey Responsibilities:

Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelinesTrains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, and operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation based on Company and regulatory standardsEstablishes and maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage and work areasMaintains inventory of food and non-food supplies to stay within established guidelines while assuring that necessary product is available when neededComplies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation proceduresPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:A.S.
