The Georgia Residential Coordinator ensures each CRA home is well-run, organizationally compliant, and provides a superb, person-centered living environment for residents.Responsibilities
Coordinators know all aspects of their assigned homes,- Adherence to all regulations and policies of Georgia Residential Services and OGC
- Spending time in the home to build positive relationships with residents and staff
- Assure all staff are thoroughly trained according to program requirements
- Monitor daily notes for quality ensuring accurate data on individuals' actions and outcomes are accurately noted
