Job summary
We are seeking an Inpatient Clinical Dietitian to participate as a member of the LGH healthcare team and provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to patients of all ages.- Gathers and analyzes data from medical history lab values nutritional social history patient interview or physical nutrition assessment.
- Identifies patients at nutritional risk initiates nutrition interventions assigns time frame for follow up care.
