Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator position assists the marketing department with various initiatives and programs. The employee will work with members of the marketing department, sales, sales support and others to ensure continuity in the company's marketing message.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for new product information
Provides administrative support with extensive data entry and reporting
Assists with trade shows preparation and execution as needed.
Maintains the marketing materials library.
Completes all tasks within expected deadlines.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, digital camera and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
Associates degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
2 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on graphic arts
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design or a related field
Experience working with graphic art within a marketing department
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
None required for this position.
