To learn more about Conti Enterprises, Inc. visit **What we are looking for:** Experienced Pile Drivers or our US17 Fishburne/Spring Street Drainage Improvement Project in Charleston, SC. who can safely and efficiently work. **Responsibilities**

    Safely apply all techniques to include but not limited to pile driving

    Assists in unloading and assembling of crane or other hoisting equipment to be used in pile driving activities .

    Unloads and assembles pile driving hammer and leeds

    Unloads various types of piling- concrete, pipe, H-piling, timber and steel sheet piling

    Prepares the piling to be driven and assists in positioning and driving piling

    Fuels, lubricants, and maintains the pile driving hammer.

    Performs other related pile driving duties as may be required by specific project.

    Works closely with Pile Driver Foreman, Crane Operator , Welders, Helpers, Laborers and other skilled craft persons to complete current projects in a safe and efficient manner

    Climbs up leeds to secure pile

    Measure materials or distances, using square, measuring tape, or rule to lay out work.

    Work with a variety of hand and portable power tools

    Frequently cut, join and fasten metal construction materials using welding equipment and oxy-acetylene

    blueprints and specs

    Perform other duties as assigned

    **Qualifications**

    2+ years experience performing dock building, construction/highway construction related work.

    Welding & Concrete experience preferred

    Ability to lift construction materials exceeding 50 lbs.

    Ability to walking, stand, climb, squat, bend and twist continually and for long periods of time.

    Ability to properly measure and cut materials as required.

    Ability to use various powered and non-powered construction tools.

    Ability to work independently and within a team.
