Job summary

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide residents of this facility in your nursing unit with nursing and personal care under the direct supervision of the Rehabilitation Coordinator, and to safeguard the health, safety,
and welfare of all residents of the facility.

Main duties include supporting the facility's philosophy of care, carrying out rehabilitation/restorative procedures as ordered by physicians,
assisting residents with daily living tasks such as ambulation and transfer training.
