    Job Description & Requirements

    • Employment Type: Travel
      • Minimum 1 year of Dialysis Tech experience
      • BLS certification required
      • BONENT CHT preferred
      • Experience with Fresenius 2008T machines (required)
      • EPIC charting experience required (Hardstop)
      • Skilled in hemodialysis treatment, machine setup, troubleshooting alarms, ultrafiltration calculation, infection control, and patient monitoring
      • Must be comfortable working in a Chronic Outpatient Dialysis setting
      • Oregon license required (can submit pending)
      • Must have own vehicle for assignment
      • Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays

      Day Shift – 3x12 Hours (05:00 AM – 05:30 PM)
