We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to fill a travel assignment in Hackensack, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and be able to commit to 13 weeks of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have valid licensure in the state where assigned.


• At least two (2) years of recent experience working directly under an OTR/L or PT-DCE license holder in either setting: acute care hospital setting OR nursing home/skilled rehabilitation facility.


• Demonstrated ability to establish priorities based on patient needs and collaborate with other healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care services is required.

• In this role you will provide physical therapy services including but not limited to evaluation plans modification implementation progression maintenance support delivery documentation/recording phone contacts coordination meetings oversight supervision assessment research outcomes tracking education training recruitment upgrade resource technology integration clinical case management while being responsible for maintaining accurate timely records reports according to established protocols guidelines.
