Front Desk Administrator and Stretch Practitioner Compensation: $17 Hour - Plus Stretch Bonus

We are looking for an energetic and organized Front Desk Admin to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance as well as assist with client stretch sessions once training and certification is completed. You will be the face of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we will make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and driven personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Experience and training in anatomy and physiology is needed to complete the Stretch Practitioner certification, once complete "Strech Bonus" will begin. Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information as well as a customer-oriented approach are essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises so as to contribute to an overall great experience with our business.

Essential Front Desk Admin duties and responsibilities

• Greets all clients and guests.
• Answers and directs all phone calls, emails and messaging.
• Fields customer complaints and concerns to management.
• Completes and shares all studio tasks with the team and regularly reports to management.
• Performs opening and closing procedures.
• Create a great first impression for everyone that comes into the studio.
• Calls and confirms all clients for the day.
• Calls all clients that are not meeting their session per week average.
• Completes all automated tasks that are assigned to the front desk admin position.
• Admin to the management team in the studio
• Ensures that every employee is correctly clocking in and out daily.
• Store is clean and organized at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in Anatomy & Physiology.
• Excellent attendance and the ability to work some evenings until 8pm as well as occasional Saturdays until 4pm.
• Transportation to and from your home studio.
• A passion for great client experience, studio culture and teamwork.
• The ability to stand, kneel, lift, push and bend for up to 4 hours at a time, while providing hands on activities with our clients.
• The ability to complete daily tasks which can include general cleaning, contacting clients, scheduling, and supporting other team members.
• The ability to take occasional feedback and have a desire to learn and grow in this new health and wellness industry taking America by storm.
• The successful completion of the paid 40 hour a week certification program, and the adherence of these skills and abilities throughout your stretch sessions.
