    Description
    Century Group is partnering with a growing firm in the San Fernando Valley who is seeking an Accounts Payable professional with 3-5 years of experience in property management and has worked with Yardi Voyager software. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $55,000 to $60,000 per year.

    Job Description:
    • Process Accounts Payable for approximately 40 entities
    • Track and pay utility bills for approximately 40 entities
    • Accounts Receivable processing
    • Monitor account balances for several bank accounts
    Requirements:
    • In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
    • In-depth understanding of Yardi Voyager 7s
    • Ability to organize daily workload by priorities
    • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
    Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in related field desired
    • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Specialist A/R, A/P, or other relevant administrative experience, in property management
