    Role Overview:

    As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Groundlight's product strategy and roadmap. You will be the crucial link between our innovative technology and the market's needs, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to bring compelling products to life. And because we're a startup, you'll have the unique opportunity to report directly to the CEO and be part of developing the company's vision and strategy, ensuring your contributions have a significant impact on our growth.

    What You'll Do:

    • Vision and Strategy: Craft and champion a compelling product vision and strategy, aligning with Groundlight's mission and market needs.
    • Collaboration: Work alongside our dynamic teams and co-founder to translate ideas into tangible products that resonate with our customers.
    • Market Intelligence: Dive deep into market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
    • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring products meet market demands and company goals.
    • Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer within Groundlight, ensuring product development aligns with user needs and feedback.

    Requirements:

    • 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the B2B SaaS domains.
    • Strong technical acumen with an understanding of software development processes and web technologies.
    • Proven track record of developing, launching, and managing impactful products.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for storytelling and building relationships.
    • This role is based in Seattle in the office.
