    Job Details:
    • Tenant-Based Work order / Maintenance Coordinator
    • Full-Time
    • Salary: 18hr to 22hr

    Description:The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for entering and scheduling work orders. They then follow up with the maintenance team and the tenant to make sure the work order has been done satisfactorily.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Communicate with tenants regarding their maintenance needs and concerns.
    • Enter incoming tenant-based work orders.
    • Assign work orders to the internal maintenance department and to outside vendors.
    • Coordinates with the Inspection Coordinator and the Rental Turn Manager.
    • Follow up with recent move-ins to determine satisfaction and discuss any work that needs to be done.
    • Process security deposit refunds using inspections and invoices from turns.
    • Work directly with accounting to accurately bill out for all work performed.

    Requirements:
    • Knowledge of Excel as well as other MS programs.
    • Exceptionally detailed and organized
    • Mathematically inclined
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to be flexible
    • Ability to work independently and in a team

    Education:
    • High school diploma/GED preferred
    • College degree not required

    Preferred experience:
    • Experience in customer service, administration, and/or project management
    • Some Accounting experience or coursework
