- Tenant-Based Work order / Maintenance Coordinator
- Full-Time
- Salary: 18hr to 22hr

- Communicate with tenants regarding their maintenance needs and concerns.
- Enter incoming tenant-based work orders.
- Assign work orders to the internal maintenance department and to outside vendors.
- Coordinates with the Inspection Coordinator and the Rental Turn Manager.
- Follow up with recent move-ins to determine satisfaction and discuss any work that needs to be done.
- Process security deposit refunds using inspections and invoices from turns.
- Work directly with accounting to accurately bill out for all work performed.
- Knowledge of Excel as well as other MS programs.
- Exceptionally detailed and organized
- Mathematically inclined
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to be flexible
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- College degree not required
- Experience in customer service, administration, and/or project management
- Some Accounting experience or coursework
