Job summary
The VP of Business Intelligence will lead a group of 10+ business intelligence professionals and be a senior member of the Strategy, Planning, and Business Insights group within Group Insurance. This group is responsible for working with the P&Ls and functional areas across the business to develop winning strategies, coordinating and managing the business planning process, and leveraging market research and business intelligence to drive new sources of competitive advantage for Group Insurance.

- Partner with business stakeholders and the technology organization to define
and implement the business intelligence end-state for GI,
including enhancing business intelligence capabilities,
consolidating/rationalizing selected
business intelligence functions,
and making high priority technology investments. , - Lead a team of 10+ reporting
