We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The role serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Key Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, maintaining office organization managing supply inventory performing data entry recordkeeping filing coordinating logistics communicating job details between customers crews assisting with invoicing basic bookkeeping tasks supporting managers team members administrative operational projects greeting visitors maintaining a professional welcoming office environmentQualifications
