• Our direct client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join Mobile Testing Platform Team.
• This role will be responsible for leading a diverse team of engineers in migrating, maintaining, and enhancing mobile testing platform, ensuring it remains valuable, reliable, and steady.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in mitigating risk and providing quality engineers with the right testing tools to test their applications effectively.
• Make enhancements to the mobile testing platform and frameworks
• Automate software development workflows
• Agile environment : participate in Scrum ceremonies and planning
• Handle customer requests, resolve user issues, general maintenance, and enhancements

• Extensive experience with mobile and browser testing platforms and frameworks
• Expertise in providing quality engineers with useful testing tools and workflows
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or similar languages
• Experience in automating software development workflows
• Knowledge of design, implementation, and maintenance of B2B interfaces (vendorhosted platforms)
• Experience in maintaining applications and software platforms, including vulnerability remediation, patching, and user issue resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Patience when dealing with customer issues
• Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrably organized and communicative as a team leader
