Responsibilities

* Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks* Maintain accurate records in our CRM and internal systems* Assist with proposals, contracts, presentations, and sales materials* Track deals, action items, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication* Assist with light customer communication and follow-ups
