Description

Join our team at Life Care Center of Sandpoint! We are currently looking for a full-time physical therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
Current registration/licensure in applicable State
1 year experience in post-acute care preferred
CPR certification required

Responsibilities:

Participate in community health projects
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Plan for patient needs and maintain good body mechanics
Independently make decisions when necessary
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality

Essential Functions:

Follow prescribed treatment plans for patients
Establish and modify functional goals
Oversee care provided by support staff
Chart accurately and utilize therapy software
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Participate actively in an interdisciplinary team
