What the Data Analyst, Operations Will Do

Identify new development opportunities involving spreadsheets, databases, and other tools to provide outputs for Pandion stakeholders.
Gather specific requirements and documentation from various sites or internal departments for projects.
Automate the creation of common data sets to streamline user efficiency and reduce data entry across multiple systems.
Offer insights to facilitate data-driven business decisions, predictive trend analysis, and operational cost reduction.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience plays a crucial role in evaluating both opportunities and candidates for this position. In addition to a proven track record, the ideal candidate should:

Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, Tableau, spreadsheets, programming languages, statistical analysis, data visualization, data warehousing, and data preparation.
Share experiences of effective collaboration in team environments and meticulous attention to technical details.

The preferred candidate should also possess:

A bachelor's degree.
At least 1 year of continuous experience as a Data Analyst.
Prior experience in a startup or early-stage company.
Background in supply chain, retail, e-commerce, or logistics.

Enjoy an estimated salary range of $86,369 - $106,998 annually, along with equity and benefits.

This position is located at one of the Pandion sort center locations or the HQ office in Bellevue, Washington.
